i do all the things that i saw on a forum about this error and i dont get result

How do I repair my gear myself?

Better yet, as you defeat enemies, strip their bodies of their weapons and armor, even if it massively overloads you. These items are free. Then go to your PipBoy, select weapons, start scrolling through weapons item by item looking for the repair option
to highlight. Click the yellow Y button to repair important weapons to full strength. Next, do the same with armor. By now you should be back to fighting weight. If not, just dump the stuff you don't want to carry.

 

How do I repair my gear myself?

I would suggest You look at collecting the skill books located around the Mojave and take the comprehension perk to boost Your skills over 370 points (not including the extra books in the add ons).

I think there are four books alone (Deans electronics) You can boost repair by 16 points.

You can also take the jury rigging perk, but if I remember some unique weapons and armor can be inadvertantly absorbed by less unique items if You do the repair wrong.

Just saying be careful and maybe save before You fix.
