How do I remove my Xbox account off another xbox

Basically, i let a friend set my xbox account as the home account on their console so that they could download and play a game. However, i now want my account (and that game) to be off their console. If i change my password does that remove the account and
the game?

i have also removed their device off my microsoft account

If you change the password that should mean it has to log in again and they can't use it. Also you should set your home console to the one you are using.

You cannot remove your account from an Xbox remotely so you need to change the password on the account. That will render the account unusable on the remote machine.

If you set your own console to Home console as well as changing your password this will prevent your friend playing your games without logging into your account.

Unfortunately you can't remove the items from their console but you can make it so that they can no longer access them.

If you no longer have access to the Xbox One console where you saved your Microsoft account, you won't be able to remove the account remotely. However, you can change your password, which will disable access to your Microsoft
account on the console to which you no longer have access. Here's how:

Sign in to your Microsoft account online.
Select Security & privacy.
Select Change password and then follow the steps.

If there are games that were downloaded from your account, the system will ask your friend to either insert a game disk or buy a digital license from the store.
