    Hello Matt2x_yt,

    Greetings!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

It seems that you are trying to connect your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

To connect your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch, follow these steps:

    1. Open Minecraft on Your Nintendo Switch:
      • Launch the Minecraft game on your Nintendo Switch.
    2. Sign In with a Microsoft Account:
      • Click on “Sign in with a Microsoft account” when prompted.
      • This will provide you with a unique 8-digit code.
    3. Visit the Provided Link:
      • On your computer or mobile device, go to the link provided: aka.ms/remoteconnect.
      • Enter the 8-digit code from your Nintendo Switch.
    4. Sign In with Your Microsoft Account:
      • Sign in with your Microsoft account (the same account you use for Xbox Live or other Microsoft services).
    5. Confirm the Connection:
      • Once you’ve signed in, confirm that you want to connect your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch. It is done.
      • Your Microsoft account is now linked to your Nintendo Switch, and you can enjoy cross-platform play and access your Minecraft worlds.
Remember that this process allows you to play Minecraft with your Microsoft account across different platforms.

How do I unlink a random Nintendo Switch from my Microsoft account

Recently my account was compromised and connected to a random nintendo switch. Now I have no clue as to how to unlink the nintendo switch from my account as the only forums I've seen about this situation if you have access to the nintendo switch. I dont have access to the switch so how do I unlink the account from my Microsoft one?
The problem with unlinking this is gonna be the fact that its your Microsoft account is linked to the switch account and not the other way around.

The linking process starts on Nintendo's end. Therefore unlinking it would also have to be done from Nintendo's end.

New email transfer to current GT

Ah yes, I did fail to mention what I wanted to do. Thanks for pointing that out.

If you want to switch your xbox live account to your new Microsoft Account, you will first need to remove that new auto generated xbox live account. This can only be done on the console, and only when a profile has been on a console 30 days without being
downloaded inbetween. See this link for the how to:
    support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account

I want to use my current XBL account with my new @live email account. My current email account connected to my GT is a non Microsoft email. The generated GT has not been on my console. I will check that link. Thanks.
