How do I remove my console from the preview program?

I contacted Microsoft support and they told me I needed to post in the forums to resolve this issue... My reference number is 1362029657. I bought my console used and the previous owner enrolled in the preview program. Due to this, I can not edit any preview
related settings because my account isn't the one that is linked to the program, which is somehow still tied to my console without even being on it. Help me end this horrific program my Xbox is on without my consent! I'm really not fond of how often my XB1
turns itself, and the rest of my entertainment center, on.

Beam does not work properly for my streaming needs ( I need to play Voice AND Game Sounds AND Videos, simulteanously), Beam can only handle the video portion of portion of my needs in a streaming application. Twitch works properly and satisfies my needs
for a streaming application WITH the added freedom of being able to terminate usage at my own convenience. Beam was forcefully included in the latest system update and DOES NOT allow me to remove it from my hard drive, much like a virus would occupy hard drive
space uselessly (at least we can use an Antivirus Software to remove a virus). Contacting Beam support yields no results whatsoever.

When counting Beam "apparent" high "popularity, make sure to take in account the millions of xbox one users taken hostages by a forced installed faulty product disguised as a system update. If users were given any freedom of choice on the console THEY paid
for (not Beam's, WE did PAY for OUR consoles... if not, where the heck is my check Beam?), these numbers would probably dwarfed severily.

Remove Beam from MY console. Or pay me for the hard drive usage since I can't take it back because of Beam.

"You can remove your console from the program by using any other Xbox One console with the Xbox Insider Hub installed. To stop participating in the program on that console, launch the Xbox Insider Hub app and go to
Settings > Manage Devices. From there, you can unenroll any console registered to you.

Note Unenrollment can take up to 72 hours to complete, during which time you may still receive console, game, or app updates. When the unenrollment process is complete, your console may be reset to factory defaults. If resetting your console to factory
defaults is required, your data will not be erased"

I want out of the Preview Program... Every time an update happens... My display settings are reduced to the minimal settings... VERY FRUSTRATING!!! PLEASE remove my console from this program or tell me step by step how to remove myself...

I've not had an update from the preview program. i'm not on a second hand console. i don't have the preview program on my console. if it isn't on my console how do i get out of this program? How did i get into it in the first place? i went to the forum
to get help but it said no such group found. i checked my last updates and i've not gotten any updates from a preview program. i'm a little bothered i've been enrolled without me authorizing it.

If you decide that you don't want to get Preview updates anymore you can opt out in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You won't be removed from the program right away; it won't happen until the current update is released to the general public. If you change

Here's how to remove your console from the Xbox Preview program:

Open the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

Select Registration.

Under Manage flights, select Change.

Note If you have more than one console in the program, you can change their statuses by using Manage other consoles.

Under Manage programs, select Remove, and then select Submit. You'll be prompted to select a reason for leaving.

If you run into any issues, post in the private Xbox Early Access forums for help.
