How do i remove my account on ALL other consoles remotely?

Also, you should be aware that it is a violation of the code of conduct to let someone else use your account. So you are putting you and your friend at risk for being banned for gamesharing like that.

I figured out I had to switch consoles using the remote function. I still would like to know how to remove the other console so that I cannot access it at all.

You would have to go to that console and remove your account from it. You can't do it remotely.

Shouldn't changing the account password not automatically log you out of the other console? Or at least, in theory? Given that the credentials on the other console would now be wrong?

The best way to stop access, if your account is on other Xbox's, is to change password. You can not remotely remove your account from a console.
