There is no way to remove the Mixer app from your Xbox as it is a Microsoft product pre installed.

hi, why you need to remove it? mixer is a intregated part of XBOX Operational system.

Maybe he wants one less tab on his UI. I'd like it gone too or at least be able to hide it. I'd like to have the ability to hide all tabs. I only use the main screen and the store tab. Better flexibility never hurt anyone.

Because it is an integral part of the Xbox it can't actually be uninstalled, however you'll be happy to know that it doesn't really take up too much space and removing it (if you could) would bot really add to much storage space.
