How do I remove auto renewal for my Xbox Live Gold?

How do I remove auto renewal for my Xbox Live Gold? for some reason Microsoft decided to put my Xbox Live Gold on auto renewal and I wanna remove that and put it back to manual renewals like I always do now the thing is I also wanna remove the current credit
card and replace it with a new one but I can't get into my own Microsoft account online to change my billing information........? I contacted Microsoft Support and they can't remove my auto renewal for my Xbox Live Gold..........I don't understand where Microsoft
sees it's ok to charge my CREDIT CARD at will I did not select this auto renewal for my Xbox Live Gold why did it decide to change on it's own and how can I change it back to normal?

Can a Staff or Administrator be able to change my Xbox LIVE Renewal Status please!?

I need to remove my Credit Card details for certain reasons but it says I can't do that until I deactivate Xbox LIVE Auto-Renewal. When I go to Xbox.com/Accounts to deactivate it, I go to the cancel automatic payment button. When I get to the page that tells
me my current Xbox LIVE membership and the On or Off options, it is already saying Off. So why does it then still say that I need to deactivate Auto-Renewal before removing my credit card details? Can a staff or administrator please either remove my Xbox LIVE
membership or cancel the Auto-Renewal on my Xbox LIVE membership please!?

I want to remove my credit card from my account because it has automatic renewal on and I dont want that. How do I either remove the credit card or take auto renewal off?

I'm sorry to see that you cant Manage your Gold membership. To turn Auto-renewal off please login with the account you wish to change. At the website please click Continue:

live.xbox.com/.../AutoRenewal To manage your Billing information you can do that at:
commerce.microsoft.com/.../Help Please not that in order to change you cards you will first need to Add a new one and then go back and switch the Gold membership over to the new Card.
Then you may remove the old card. Please keep us updated.

Are you currently able to login to the Xbox Website using your account you wish to change? You may be getting asked to provide security proof information. If you could please change and or verify them at:
account.live.com/summarypage.aspx once their please update any data needed. You may also manage your memberships if you still can't accesses the membership auto renewal page. at:
