    How do I remove apps from the Apps screen?


    I just got an Xbox One X, and I want to hide or remove Cortana, File Explorer, Edge, Mixer, OneGuide, and Xbox Accessories as I will never use them, and they are taking up space where I would have apps that will get use. All the Menu button does is "Manage
    App" which just shows me saved data.

    Alternatively, is there a way I can just have the apps I need show up somewhere?

    Preloaded apps such as Edge, File Explorer, etc, cannot be uninstalled from the console. You can however organize your frequently used apps, simply follow our Group
    your Games and Apps     article.

    How are you?

    Uninstall the app from the IOS settings, do not remove the game from your home screen, in the space management settings on IOS there is an option to uninstall apps without deleting data. Open the game and see if that solves the problem.

    I had this issue a while ago. I couldn't launch the rewards app from the home screen. I had to keep removing it and launching it from the apps screen. Somehow it has fixed itself now. hope this helps
