How do I remove a gamer tag from xbox live on PC?

Sorry to hear it. Trading/giving away/selling gamertags is against the terms of use and code of conduct of Xbox Live and could result in the tag and/or device being permanently banned from Xbox Live for Marketplace Theft.

I would recommend reporting the gamertag in question and be done with it. You will lose your progress but it's a small price to pay.

The only thing you can do is report the account.

its very likely the account will be banned as giving it to someone else then taking it back then effecting other gamers game play is against the Terms of Service.

we cannot help you regain access to the account sorry.

you will lose any game content on that account but will probably be worth it in the long run

There's no way to merge gamertags and once a tag has been created there's no way to completely remove it from the service. You can use the recovery tool in order to be able to use the gamertag from the PC on the Xbox. You can find instructions on how to

hello there i don't think you guys in microsoft are getting the picture how do you remove a gamer tag from a microsoft account so there is no gamer tag on the account? better yet how can you cancel a microsoft account period?

Please tell me how I can remove his xbox and all of his data and gamer tag from my email. without losing my email account and or all his data and gamer tag. I would be very greatful.
