How do I reinstall a game I previously had on disk with a brand new disk?

I wish i was a bringer of good news but unfortunately i'm not.I had a brand new Halo:Reach disk do the same thing and the only option i was "given" was to return it for another.Have you tried your disk in another console to see if it had the same results?

yes well i have a brand new game disk not work befor, it just was a bad disk,but i exchenged it no worrys

Brand new disk. It does not do anything.

I've had disks that are spotless/brand new and not work or crashed all over but then I've had disks that looked like they have been dragged along the ground and worked no problem.

It could be a problem that's that small you can't see it or its on the second layer of the disk.

As others have said send it back and get a new one.

I always install my game to the Hdd that way the console only has to read the first part of the disk to work and saves the laser from always running
