    Not everyone who applies to the preview gets in. As far as making a different account, you are certainly entitled to do so however the preview program is limited only to the gamertag that is registered for it.

    You can do this in the Preview app under registration the account that registered the console ,must register it

    As the message implies, it sounds like you registered for the Preview under a different account. Try signing in with a different Xbox Live account and access the app from there. Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks iv tried calling and chat to lots of people but no help iv registered my sevice online on Xbox site but don't and it say it is but I don't think it's the same thing as console registered to a different account for preview program. Are you on the preview
