    How do I regain my corrupted minecraft world?


    I’m really sad right now i’ve just spend hours upon hours playing my minecraft world and my skill level in building has increased so much and you can see it in my builds. I was playing when my world suddenly froze and then my power went out. When i re loaded my ps5 i checked Minecraft to see what happened to my world and in a panic i pressed okay instead of duplicating the world. My world is now gone and i really am so confused and upset at what i did. I’m in ps5 however i play on a ps4 disc, please tell me there is a way to get my world back.

    1. Make a copy of the corrupted world folder & all files & folders inside, and rename it however you please. ...
    2. Start Minecraft and create a new world, then save and close Minecraft. ...
    3. Go back to Application Data\. ...
    4. Cut the files (but not the folders) from the new saved world folder.

    Minecraft doesn't need internet to work unless you play on multiplayer mode. Do you save your world before close your Minecraft? If is corrupt I suggest to copy the corrupted world and check tutorial for uncurrupt it.

    Yes, this is on my new Xbox Series S. I just got it today and wasn't expecting my old worlds from my old Xbox One to transfer over. This includes all the corrupted worlds from my Xbox One and I'd really like to delete all of the corrupted ones. I have no interest in fixing these particular worlds, but I do have worlds I would like to keep so completely erasing all worlds as a whole is not an option.
