    How do I refund a game?


    I'm looking into refunding my Halo Wars 2 copy on PC because the game was unplayable for over 2 weeks during launch. Due to the game being unplayable on launch, everyone ended up quitting. Please help How do I refund a game? :(

    So How Do I Get a Refund

    This is ridiculous. I want a refund and I'm tired of dealing with products that are shipped out incomplete. What ever happened to making a quality product and not releasing it until it's ready. It's microsofts product and I want my refund thru them.

    There's an online refunds and returns form on this link you can fill out: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

    Physical copies of games should be returned with a proof of purchase to the physical store they were purchased from or shipped back after contacting the online retailers customer support.

    Must go on Micrsoft.com and go to Order history and itll be shown to refund if purchase was made with 30 days or Less
