How do I redeem my pending Xbox Live Rewards?

i have been a member of xbox live rewards since 2015 and i have bought and played plenty of games how ever i have only 2000 when i should have more and it is also saying that my information needs updating to redeem my reward how ever when i do uptade them
it says the same. i also have had a convosation with support.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Or if you have at least 1,000 pending (but less than 5,000) you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited
on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

You can go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/ and select any of the items there. There are entries in various sweepstakes, gift cards (I'm seeing Starbucks, Gamestop, Xbox Live, Xbox currency cards).
