How do i redeem my Discord nitro, spotifiy premium and ea access from pc?

It sounds like Microsoft Support is blowing smoke up everyones butts. My support rep told me they would email in and it would take 10 business days. I have a feeling these "we will email them to you" responses are just to get you off the phone/chat.

I was trying for hours to reach an email support line or to chat, like in the old days, online with an actual Microsoft agent (which Xbox support page has a current bug that signs you out), but could not find it. I could only find the option to
chat with other gamers, which is absolutely NOT what I wanted.

In the end I caved and called. I got an agent that got it all sorted out for me very quickly thankfully. I was told they would be emailed to my current email address, which I assume is when they become available for all PC goers? Not sure about the whens, but
I do hope it is soon. Anyhow, that part of the support was quick and helpful at least!

(I still wish we didn't only have the option to call, but I guess things are changing rather dramatically here at Microsoft.)

Hmm, my support Guy told me that it can take up to 72 hrs until i get the mail, since less than 24 passed it’s still much time

I did chat with the support and they told me that they send you an email on request.

I spoke to one guy yesterday and i think he said that they would email me with the codes or something like that.
