    I can't redeem my code for a game purchase because I tried to redeem it through Xbox instead of my Microsoft account by mistake. Now it won't let me redeem the code on my Windows computer. I don't have an Xbox machine. How do I use it on my computer instead?

    Codes are redeemed the same way regardless of if they are for console or PC. If what you redeemed was for the console version of the game, there's nothing that can be done.

    The Redeem Code in the XBox Live menu on Xbox.com works so I am able Redeem prepaid codes however you can not purchase through that link which is what I would like to do. I will try purchasing through my console but would really like to be able to purchase
    points through the computer.
