    i moved my profile to an xbox live account and it disassociated my game saves...need help please

    So I finally upgraded my offline Xbox profile to an Xbox live account and in doing so it disassociated my game saves. Is there any way to recover them? Thanks in advance.

    I have some how created a ludicrous new gamertag after resetting my xbox, how do I recover my old one and relink my email addresses to it? Also, the old one has an xbox live gold account linked to it.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for this issue. If you'd like to recover your Xbox account but cannot recall the information you'll want to begin with our

    Lost Account Solution     to recover the log in email and then use our
    Lost Password Solution     to be able to sign back in. You can do this for all of the accounts that were previously on your console.

    Truly, the only way to recover accounts is through the Recovery form. You need to fill it adding as much information as possible until it is recovered, okay? You can try contacting Support about it, but it is most likely you are going to need the Recovery form for this:

    The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support.
