How do I recover my old Xbox Live account username/password???

My desktop dies a few months ago and I had to get a new hard drive. When I installed windows 10, it created a new account and I lost all of my old statistics...How can I recover my old account and reactivate it???

Hello,

I am having the same issue.

Logged into the new Xbox with my email + password, which went through fine. But it created a new user account instead of showing my old account. This is preventing me from connecting my Xbox account to my Ubisoft account since it goes by the username and not the email.

How do I get my original username back?
