How do I recover my hacked account email changed

I was playing with some randoms on Minecraft. They asked me to join the discord and there was a login with email, ign, and login code. I didn't think much of it because I didn't put my password in. After sometime I opened my gmail and got an unusual sign-in activity email from microsoft so, I tried to change my password but he (the hacker) changed email and password. I think he deleted my email as well and I created a new microsoft account using the same email again to contact microsoft support. If I can prove that this account is owned by me like I have transaction ID , minecraft purchase order number and credit card details. I also have hacker's details like IP address and region. I am from Pakistan and the hacker is from vietnam. I have contacted microsoft support but they haven't responded yet. I have seen videos on youtube and people are saying that microsoft support usually is not able to help in these cases even If you give them sufficient information. What can I do to recover my account? I have strong proofs that this account belongs to me

Never provide your Microsoft account details to other people or 3rd parties. This information should only ever be entered on Microsoft websites to sign in to your account.

I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer data to another account.

If you try signing in with your account's email, and it says it doesn't exist or signs you into a different account, that means the hacker has changed the email.

Oh F. Is it possible for microsoft support to transfer all data from my hacked account including my minecraft account details to my new email (that they asked me when I chatted with xbox support) If I have all these proofs? (that I provided before)
OR share me the details of my minecraft account with gamertag (Ahsan_YT).
I am still not sure If hacker actually changed my email. Can you tell how can I check if my email is deleted or changed?
