How do I recover my fifa pro account? they have blocked me.

I can remember back in the day when Fifa was always the top dog of football games (in my opinion) purely down to the licences involved, pro evo was always the smoothest out of the 2 but the team names and player names used to let it down for me.

So my question to everyone is with how Pro Evo has come on in recent years has anyone ditched Fifa and also have you stuck to it or ended up going back and why?

I was 100% pure ISS/Pro Evolution, right up to the point when FIFA introduced "Be A Pro" mode, and then Clubs. Haven't looked back since.

I'll explain what I mean - FIFA 13 had your Pro Club Player stored on an EA Server to prevent people from hacking their pros the way they did on FIFA 12. My question is will the Pro I make on FIFA 14 (Xbox 360) be saved on an EA server allowing me to port
that data over to the Xbox One version of the game?

Ive been trying to do this for a month. I have no access to my parents email as it was for her old workplace. Last time they tried me the account didnt exist however i am still blocked from accepting. the terms. They have settled with telling me I will not
be able to recover my account and that they would help me further. If thats how a 6 year dedicated customer is treated by microsoft something is very wrong. I am expected to lose all my content and purchases as a result of this. Surely there is an alternate
method of accepting the terms or promoting my account.

Hey Mason, I have been having the same issue with my account but instead of 4-5 days its been around 2 and a half weeks for me. Microsoft sent me the emails for recovering the account after verifying that I was the rightful owner however, my account has continued to stay locked. Its ridiculous cause for a situation like this you can't even speak with anybody to help fix it.

To try to help you out with verifying your info for the account let me tell you this:

- Only put the info that you know is currently present on the account

- If any info has been deleted from the account(like a phone number or a debit card), don't put it in the form just leave it out

Overall, just try to put only the info that currently resides on the account and DON'T give up because from personal experience it took me about 6 times before they finally verified me as the account owner.

Nonetheless, if I am able to find a solution to get my account unlocked and regain access to it, I will come back to this post to see if I can help you to gain access to your account again.
