How do I recover MS solitaire gamer name and years of progress?

I recently had to reset my Android tablet due to extremely poor performance of MS Solitaire primarily due to continually hanging during Google ads. I now can't locate my original gamertag. I've signed into my Microsoft Account but it comes up with a new gamertag starting from nothing. How do I connect using my original gamertag to recover many years of game play?

Please be advised that our accounts' primary key in accessing them is our email address. It's required that we know our account email address correctly for us to sign in to the correct account or recover the right account.

Your original gamertag must be linked to a different email address. Please try to sign in all your email addresses there to find which one has your game progress for the said game. If you linked your phone number to your original account, you may also try to sign in using your phone number.

Just to confirm, did you signed with a Microsoft account inside solitaire collection?

I ask this because when you do that your progress is linked automatically to this Microsoft account.

If you’re using the correct Microsoft account you can try reaching the solitaire collection team to see if they can restore your progress

Almost 200 in Spider, that is my highest. We had a discussion end of last year about MS solitaire levels where we got players up to more than 900 so we were able to map the current level progression

Is a MS problem not a ME bug at all. Deleted your profile and recover your GT to recover all your games achievements and progress . I did and worked.
