HOW DO I RECOVER HACKED ACCOUNT

my account got hacked i try to log in and it says account not found and when i click make new account with the same email it says account already exists and when i enter username recovery i found an email associated to the account that i never seen im guessing thats the hackers email so please if anyone knows how do i recover it pls tell me
