How do I recover an old account ?

I need to contact a human…<Mod Removed PI> if I don’t have access to the numbers and emails attached to it and Microsoft’s tells me they can’t verify my account recovery requests it has been almost a year and I am still paying for a Microsoft subscription and I don’t have a Xbox anymore

If for some reason they can't help you, then you might also be able to contact de Bank or Creditcard company and have them block the payment.

Provided that you have the old console still, you can always attempt to recover the information by using the info here.

However if you do not have the old console, and still have the correct billing information associated with the account you want to place on your new console. You can contact

and they will gladly help you with these matters further. This is suggested as personal information would need to be shared, and shouldn't be done on a forum, or by email.
