How do I recover a password?

My son locked himself out of his Microsoft account. We can't remember the password. The phone number linked to the account is no longer in available to us. I have done an account password recovery form, but did not have any luck as I don't know enough information. How do I recover the password another way? How do I speak with someone at Microsoft who could help?

Hello again, if you are trying to recover through the website, when it asks you to choose the security method to receive the code, an option should appear below that says "I don't have any", click on it and follow the instructions on the screen.

The form contains more questions, the questions you don't know or don't have what they ask for will have to be left blank.

I have filled in everything I know. It's asking for bank card which I didn't use and which xbox I'm using but mines not on the list. I have no other info to full in what do I do now?
