How do I recover a lost email address for a microsoft account (I know the xbox gamertag)?

Hello there,

we got a problem with recovering the email address of our second microsoft account we just use for gaming.

We know the gamertag, but we tried and used every method, which the microsoft support site suggested, still we are not able to recover the email address.

Is there any way to still do that, because some save data are connected with these specific account.

im trying to recover an old email address i used for my account, i only have my gamertag, but Microsoft cant help me get my email address back associated to the account, anyone else know how?

Xbox Support with your gamertag to see if you can verify the account over the phone or through chat. Once verified, an Xbox agent will be able to provide you the information you are looking for. Hope this helps!

 

You will have to contact support. As long as you can prove to them that you are the owner of the account (by whatever means they require) they can provide you with what email address you had used so you can regain access to the account.
