How do I recover a email that I had years ago?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

I apologize but the only way will be through the recovery form. I have here tips that may help you as well from Microsoft/Xbox Support themselves.

"Think about how long ago you set up your account:

* Have you moved since? Is there a previous address that you may have used?

* Have you got married and changed your name?

* Do you go by a different first name than you did when you set up your account?

* Are there other passwords that you've used before? This field is case-sensitive.

* Have you updated your credit card info with us recently?

* Did you stick that old gift card in a drawer somewhere?

* Also note that if you're using a non-Microsoft email account to sign in, you're trying to remember your Microsoft account password and not your email account password.

Example: You may have changed the password on your @gmail.com account recently, but that doesn't mean your Microsoft account password changed as well. Try to remember previous passwords you may have used on your @gmail.com account that you may have been using at the time you created your account with Microsoft."

Same thing happened to me years ago. It's frustrating but without access to the email you can't recover the account. I just had to set a new account and losse the old one.

Hi, have looked around for anything I could do as far as i know the new email begins with tr***@gmail.com, i cannot remember how i saw this but at some point in all the searching i came across a recovery email, but now the email that was linked no longer exists. While recovering i somehow ended up recovering an old account of mine from years ago, now theres no way getting back to the place i saw that
