How do I receive points for playing on cloud gaming

Basically I played fortnite on xbox cloud gaming for 6 days straight and I am 1200 points short

I checked the xbox app and there was no rewards section

Contacting support didn't help

I'm also in the Microsoft reward trial for xbox app as I get points for playing a pc game but for some weird reason I don't get it for playing fortnite on cloud gaming

Did they change it or something

They never responded even though I sent proof that I don't get points so now I 3200 point short

Hi, Xbox support doesn't handle rewards issues because they are not able to access / view / modify the content or points in your Rewards account

If the issue is happening only when you try to do the Fortnite challenge available in the rewards program and not with the game itself you need to reach team as advised using the link above

Try explaining carefully the problem, maybe they misunderstood your concern if you already contacted them

Already tried that I never got my missing points they told me to contact xbox support but my problem isn't listed there

Wow now im 1400 points short

For Rewards issues the best option is contact the Microsoft rewards team here:

They can view your rewards account and if necessary give you the missing points
