Sorry about your problem my friend check login to your Microsoft account see what the charges are for you must have entered your details into a Xbox account somewhere unless your account got hacked start with your account see if you can indentify purchases .

You can check all Microsoft accounts where the charge may have been coming from and if ever there are no transactions in any account that you have you may need to reach out to your financial institution to report the fraudulent charges.

Reported it as a fraudulent charge and they said it should be off my account 3-5 business days. This whole experience makes me wonder how many other people are being ***? Charge was from Microsoft.com.

If you cannot get your money back from the seller then contact the website (most will have rules against selling fraudulent products) or your credit card company or paypal to dispute the charge (either one should have money back guarantees against fraudulent
products as well).
