How do i re submit a case review?

basically i already submit a case review, but it said decision upheld and i want to submit another one,

hi i have spoken to andrea at 12.00 today and she provided me with a link which took me to the enforcement page i cant find anyway on the page to submit a new case and my previous case has already been dealt with and i wanted to know if my ban could be shortened
as it was not my fault or doing for my account to be banned it was my friends please help?

If you have filed before for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing more you can do

If the case review is upheld by the enforcement team there is nothing more you can do.

not when i did nothing wrong and wasn't given specific evidence, i could of been hacked for all you know, they have more information than me, what it is, they want me to rebuy stuff, well i am taking legal action for not giving the right evidence

They may not repeat any offensive actions or how they caught you

Two points though

Read the last section of the teRMs of use you will save youraelf a few thousands

And the embarrassment there is a free meditation proceeding but then you do have to contact ms legal for a mediator

Though at that point I'd save yourself the embarrassment

They use network data which you wouldn't see or understand anyways
