How do I re-order a pre-order that was cancelled?

I pre-ordered EAFC24 last month when if you pre-ordered the game, you would get a 7-day early access. That order got cancelled for some reason and I talked to someone at microsoft-help and they told me that if I pre-order it again, I should still get the 7-day early access. He didn't tell me how so I was wondering if anyone here knew how.

Cancel the cancel and re-order the pre-order. lol

I haven't pre-ordered, and may wait till after launch. Nothing to do with the drm thing or anything else. I just want to see how well everything works.

If it does drop and the price doesn’t drop for you, you can always cancel the pre order and re pre order before release
