How do I purchase Microsoft Complete for Xbox?

You will need to Contact a Microsoft Store sales agent as they will be able to assist you with that.

You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

I was offered the Microsoft Complete which I did purchase for a total of 3 years. But the end date is showing 10/9/25 even though I made purchase of console and Microsoft complete today. How do I go about uploading a copy of my sales receipt?

The information you are being provided that it isn't purchased by Microsoft so you cant get Microsoft complete is false. Every console I own I never bought directly from Microsoft has either been purchased at Target, Walmart or Gamestop. I was then provided
Microsoft complete for every console. But here on the
Microsoft complete support page, it states all you need is a proof of purchase and within 45 days of purchase.

To extend warranty coverage for your Xbox One system, you can purchase
Microsoft Complete for Xbox One with Accidental Damage Coverage at the time of your console purchase or within 45 days of console purchase. Just bring your
Xbox console to a Microsoft Store* or contact a Microsoft Store sales agent.

Now on that note, as this happened to me, there may be a discrepancy on the purchase date. In this case you would need to do a warranty dispute and they will adjust it so you can purchase the Microsoft complete. For example, personally purchased a
console March 3, 2019 the warranty was started in Febuary when the console was first purchased. So in your case Amazon may have to purchase them from Microsoft then sell on their site. This is where the proof of purchase comes in.

Hello again, I don't know how many attempts to purchase you have made, but as the purchase process on the Xbox/Microsoft platform is completely automatic and this error message is appearing, the ideal thing is to wait between 24 / 48 hours to try again, and also try making the purchase through the Xbox website in a normal PC browser.

Note: if you have made more than 3 attempts, do not try to do more, as the system may block your account for security purchases.
