    How do I play videos on my 360 from my flash drive?


    I want to watch some movies on my flash drive, but 95% of the time I've done this on my 360, it says there's nothing on the drive, and when I look at it on the computer, everything's corrupted. What's wrong here? I've done it before and it worked, and all
    the videos I've tried are always .MP4 or .AVI, those work don't they?

    Flash drive videos showing up in Video Player but not in Storage

    I have some .wmv files that I would like to move from a flash drive to my Xbox's hard drive. The videos are playable in Video Player, but when I view the contents of my flash drive in the Storage menu, under videos nothing is listed. How do I make it so
    the videos on my flash drive are listened under Storage so I can transfer the content?

    Why do some videos play without flash?

    So I know Internet Explore for the 360 needs flash to run video but on Yahoo their videos work fine.If they are not using flash how can these videos play?

    When i first connected it to the xbox I set it to media only. It plays other videos fine but there are some that won't play from the external drive when it's connected to the xbox. If I connect it to my PC the videos play fine. Also when I copy the

    If you'd like to use your USB Flash Drive to put videos onto it to view them on the console then you do not format the flash drive at all on the console. You will need to plug the USB Flash Drive into your PC, make sure it's formatted for FAT 32 and then just
    drag and drop the files into a folder. You then unplug the flash drive and go to the Xbox 360, if these files that you've put on the flash drive are playable they will appear when you go to the Dashboard > TV & Movies > My Video Apps > System Video Player
    > Select the Portable Device.

    You only format/customize the USB Flash Drive on the console if you intend to use the USB Flash Drive for storing Xbox 360 games, downloadable content, and game saves, etc.
