How do I play my disc games THAT I OWN after game pass has expired?

I had game pass awhile back and I played games that I owned on disc through gamepass instead of inserting the disc. After game pass expired my disc games and digital games still work. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games? Are you getting
a message saying do you own this game? Insert disc to play. Or is your xbox just not reading the disc at all?

If your Xbox One is not allowing you to play games that you own on disc, it could be due to a problem with your account or the console's cache.

Make sure you are signed in to your account on the console. If you are not signed in, the console may not recognize that you own the game.

Check for any updates to your account or the console and install any available updates.

Try clearing the console's cache. To do this, press and hold the power button on the console until it turns off, then unplug the power cord from the back of the console. Wait a few minutes, then plug the power cord back in and turn the console on.

If the issue persists, try resetting the console's licensing data. To do this, go to "Settings" > "All Settings" > "System" > "Console info & updates" and select "Reset console".

If the issue still persists, you may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. To do this, go to "My games & apps" > "Apps", find the game, and select "Uninstall". Then, insert the game disc and follow the prompts to reinstall the game.

Do you have any outstanding updates for the game.

Also do you own the games or play on games pass - has your games pass expired.

I often have trouble launching Forza but keep trying and eventually it launches

It still let's me play the games, I have game pass ultimate, none of the game I have installed are disc games,

Same, it has the same triangle on most of my games which I bought with my own money. The games ain't from game sharing or game pass

No problem. You will just have to use the disc after your Game Pass trial expires.
