how do i play games i bought on my console on my pc?

I bought rainbow six siege on my Xbox console and I'm trying to play it on pc, when I logged into my account on my pc it said I had no games in my library when i looked up siege in the store it says "play with game pass" or "add to play later" but nothing about downloading it does anyone know anything about this?

Since that game is not a Play Anywhere title, you would need to purchase the PC version in order to play it on the PC.

It depends on what the games are. Only games that support Play Anywhere can be bought on Xbox and redownloaded for free on the PC to play them.

yeah I know, ive played these games on a differant pc before but now its not working, it says I have to buy it again.

Hi MaxFH, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that the game has its own version both for Xbox and for Windows PC which means that if you would like to get the DLC on PC you will be needing to re-purchase them.

You can only purchase one game license, and one game DLCs and be able to play them both on Xbox and PC if the game is an Xbox Play Anywhere game.
