How do I play downloaded XBOX 360 games to HDD profiles?

So we used to share our XBOX 360 profile because of XBOX Live so the kids could watch Netflix and play the purchased / downloaded games.

Well one of our kids decided that he couldn't help himself and purchased and downloaded Minecraft. So we've since passcode locked our XBOX Live Accounts and basically he won't touch them. Ever.

Well now we own Minecraft and we're not going to let it go to complete waste, but if he tries to play on his HDD profile it says he has to purchase it. This is the case with all of our download purchased games. If it isn't the main XBOX Live profile,
it says we have to purchase it.

Is there any way to share the full download games with the HDD profiles on the XBOX so they don't need to logon with the XBOX Live profile that originally purchased it?

does anyone know how I play gta san andreas on xbox 360 ive bought a 60 gb hdd and downloaded game on to it but it wont work ive cleared cache and re downloaded it but it still wont work any suggestions

I FORMATTED MY HDD AND I RECENTLY RETRIEVED BACK ALL THE GAMES I DOWNLOADED WITH MS POINTS BUT, HOW DO I GET THE FULL GAME BACK ON MY HDD TO PLAY OFFLINE? I CAN ONLY PLAY THE FULL GAMES IF I AM CONNECTED TO XBOX LIVE. IF I AM OFFLINE I GET ONLY TRIAL VERSIONS.

When you download content it's tied to the gamertag it was purchased on as well as the console it was purchased on. So if you're using the same console that the game was originally downloaded on, then all profiles should be able to use the content. If you
have switched consoles since making the purchase, then you'll need to do a license transfer to move the console licenses from your previous console to the new one so the game can be shared.

Don't forget though that doing the Licence Transfer as stated above that will transfer ALL game licences tied to that account.

if you have tried re-downloading the game and clearing the system cache, it could mean that your hdd has bad sectors (how much free space do you have in your hdd?). i would suggest you try the following:

1. borrow an xbox hdd from one of your friends

2. put that hdd on your xbox

3. to avoid re-downloading your profile i would suggest using a USB memory stick.

4. download the game and play it to see if you encounter the same problem.

I can't do a license transfer to a different profile, or i'll lose access to the game, since the Xbox 360 i'm using now isn't the one i originally downloaded the game with. I'm thinking of putting my profile on an USB flash drive, removing the HDD and downloading
the game onto it (USB flash drive) to see if that works.
