If yes, may I know if you can try creating to him a profile and then double check if yours is set as Home Xbox?

In that way he can play using your gamepass subscription on the console without your profile and you can play with your profile on the cloud

Yes I know that. But this "Home console" is only for home use. Its created for family members. If a father buys a lot of games his son can play this games too.

But it is not created to douplicate the games with friends, who dont live in the same house. Thats the illegal game sharing. Thats also against the ToU/coC. You can read it. But however.

If i want to report this people via my console, there is no option for illegal game sharing and also no option for gamerscore hacking.

So there is no chance to do something against it and the criminals have won. I must accept that. But thank you for your help. Cu

Game sharing is meant for sharing with a family member. If you want to share your games with a family member, you will first need to login with your account to your family member's console and set that console as your home console. Then you can simply
log out and anyone who use that console can play your games.

For the online gaming, anyone can play online on the console that you dedicate as your Home console while you play online on the other console.

So yes, you would want your family members to play on the Home console while you are on the other.

As for digital games, you would have to make sure you have sharing set up on the Home Console so others can play.

I am game sharing with my family and they are able to play the content with no problem. Make sure your account is set as Home on the console or that the purchasing account is logged in while the other plays.
