    If you don´t find that option on your xbox you could also buy prepaid codes. They don´t have to be 1 year. You could buy 6 months cards/codes on vendors like amazon. Codes are stackable for up to 336 months. Hope that helps.

    Have you tried signing into your account from another device , and see if you can get a year there .

    If not as said you would be better going online and buying a year code 👍🤔

    Hi, you can either activate automatic renewal, then your Gamepass will automatically renew for another month or you will buy several more Gamepass codes, you can top them up to 36 months
