How do i organise to speak to someone from MIcrosoft about a repair?

I really dont mind if its live chat, on the phone, or via email - but i need to speak to a human, the automated system sends me into an infinite loop of AI Gatekeepers who direct me to answers to questions that I didn't ask, and dont need to be answered.

thanks, I dont want to create a request though, because the charge that they are quoting is outrageous.

it's the same price i can buy a replacement console for, for a console that hits its EOL at the end of this year, and i bought just 2 years ago.

My account has pre-paid ultimate for the next (nearly) 3 years, and a ton of digital games bought through the store recently - which i cant play, because of a hardware defect.

I have spent 1000's with Microsoft in the last decade. before dropping £260+ more - I really would like to speak to a human, which I don't think is an unreasonable request.

None of the options on the entire contact us site, seem to let me do anything except pay them more money, speak to a gamer, or read answers that are not to my particular issue. In years gone by i had a problem with a £30 controller and i was able to use
online chat to fix it with them. I dont understand why, therefore, for their flagship console - I can't.

Thanks for your answer - unfortunately that's where i started, it says organising callbacks are disabled.

The best i can do is "ask a gamer" With the greatest respect (and thanks) to the gamers - i believe the visual artifacts i am seeing are due to the gpu overheating, or being damaged, (project scorpio xbox one x) as it looks like what would happen when you
overclock a gpu in a gaming rig and run it under heavy load.

turning it off and on again, or deleting my profile isn't going to fix that. (I tried anyway for the sake of it.)
