How do I optimize my COD Cold War?

So I bought Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War for my Xbox one when it originally came out. Now I have a Xbox Series X and I can’t install the optimized version of the game. I have the physical copy of the game and at the top it says Xbox One - Xbox Series X. So I know it’s capable of optimizing. So I don’t know what to do here. Can you help?

To determine if your Installed game has been optimized for Xbox Series X already. Please do the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

In Games, select the filter All console types.

Select Optimized for Xbox Series X|S games.

If the game is listed, then your game has successfully been upgraded to the best available version. If you’re not sure that you have the optimized version of a game, check My Games & apps > Manage > Updates. An available update may be waiting to install if you don’t have the auto-update game's setting enabled.

No you can install the next gen version. As its not a smattering delivery title you would've had to buy the cross gen copy

And install it on internal storage or storage card

Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

Will do. I am downloading cod cold war which is about a million gigabytes so might take a while.

mw2 is very high on my list it was my first on line multi player cod game

i personally think there is mileage in the cold war or korean or vietnam wars
