    How do I now upgrade to Premium Solitaire to stop ads? Your instructions suck!


    My Premium Upgrade has expired a week ago. Tell me EXACTLY how to process an upgrade to avoid the ads. I know you need me to pay you and you've upped the price, but I just would like to get rid of the ads and your instructions are extremely vague!

    Microsoft Mahjong not recognizing my 1 year upgrade.

    In February, 2016, I purchased Microsoft Mahjong upgrade for 1 year. I had to reinstall Microsoft Solitaire collection and now Mahjong is no longer recognizing the premium upgrade so I am getting the advertisements. How do I get it to recognize the premium
    upgrade. The login is correct.

    In what games? I see ads on the Solitaire collection as I don't have the premium version, it is annoying but I guess it is how things are now
