How do i mute myself with white lunar controller?

Im playing call of duty in game chat but i want to be able to mute my mic without being in a party. How do i get this done?

The controller drift issue does typically require the controller to be replaced and unless still under warranty it is the responsibility of the user. You can do a quick Google search for white controller and you will get a number of links. Here is one

My controller disconnect and reconnect randomly while playing game

I will buy the Lunar White controller wednesday, I will see if the problem persist with a new controller.

 

If your using a controller with a 3.5mm jack controller, you can't, simply don't talk, or put an adapter in.

 

Just hank it out the controller. As long you don't have a KINECT.

 

In the NXOE that everyone will have shortly there is a quick option to hit Y to mute others or X to mute your own mic.

 

Well i mute it because of background noise and i dont like the adapter. Why cant there be an update to add button combination to mute it?

I wasn't aware that it wasn't possible to mute yourself, but I do agree that it is weird that you can mute others but you can't mute yourself.

I didn't really mean mute myself I meant mute the mic with the controller using some kind of button combo.
