How do i make the Microsoft store log me in after i use my passkey?

Hey there I'm trying to download Minecraft from the Microsoft store however whenever I log in it just doesn't seem to sign me in like ill use the passkey and it'll say "signing in" but like then I'm not logged in like the sign in button is still there when you click on your profile. Also somehow my friend downloaded the launcher on my laptop and the same thing happened as the Microsoft store and now i feel stuck can anyone help? Also with the email verification the email doesn't appear. Also don't say something like make sure you haven't typed it in wrong I've tried like 20 times.

Hey Birdabird, sorry you're dealing with that. It sounds really frustrating, especially after trying so many times.

One thing you can try is signing out of your Microsoft account completely in the Store, then signing back in from scratch. Sometimes syncing issues can cause the login to get stuck or not show properly.

It might also help to check your Windows settings under Accounts > Email & accounts to make sure your Microsoft account is properly added there. Also, make sure your date and time are set to automatic in Time & language > Date & time, since incorrect settings can interfere with account services.

You can try resetting the Microsoft Store by pressing Win + R, typing wsreset, and hitting Enter. This clears the Store cache and sometimes helps fix weird login issues.

You could also try making a new Windows user profile to see if it works there, sometimes these issues are caused by problems with the PC profile itself.

For the missing verification email, I know how annoying that is. Check your spam or junk folder just in case, and maybe try logging into your Microsoft account from a different browser to see if that helps trigger the email.

I'm having a different issue with my passkey. It doesn't ask me for it anymore. I check and anyone cant access and buy anytime. Even signing in it will ignore my passkey sign-in. I have tried deleting it and creating a new one, and still never showed up.

This happen right after a sign-in error when i first logged in this morning using my passkey.

Make sure the account that has the subscription is logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10. Open the app and in the upper right corner you can check the account, log out and log in to the account that has the subscription.

After that check, if using the Microsoft Store app you can install a game.

I also can't log in on the microsoft store. I created a different account on my computer with admin privleges and a local login. It was able to log in on both the xbox app and the microsoft store. So how do I fix my main account to allow me to log in on
that?

I have been trying to buy a world and it wont let me buy minecoins or just buy the world and it makes me put in my passkey and i do it and goes away and does not give me anything thankfully its not using my money and the xbox store does not work either.
