    I'm suspended for a week and I did nothing wrong how do I go about getting help with this situation???

    Hi my account was suspended yesterday night 10/16/16 at 11:47pm. I want to know why I was suspended do to the fact I did nothing wrong and was offline at 9ish. How do I get Unsuspended?

    Account suspended for marketplace theft

    Bro my account was suspended too because of the same reason and according to the enforcement team it was because I tried to get frequent refunds but in fact that was because I was triple charged for Xbox live membership and according to Xbox it was a glitch
    in THEIR system. I do not understand why I am being suspended for nothing I even did.

    You read the suspension msg and then follow the link in the suspension msg

    Enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if applicable

    Since you don't know what exactly incident got you suspended you don't know what caused it

    Wrong, we tested this with help of a community... And i choosed wrong place to rant...

    Most people didnt read the thread and just comment for Ambassador stats... I know why i stopped being one...

    I'm 100% right actually.Been doing this a very long time & know how things work.

    Not sure what "test" you did but if someone got suspended it' because they did something.You will NEVER receive enforcement action due to getting a lot of reports filed against you if you have done nothing wrong.

    I read the thread & every comment as I always do unlike a lot of ambassadors.I don't care a jot for xp or stats,in fact I am one of the original ambassadors & I wish they would get rid of all the xp,stats & rewards & go back to how the program originally
    used to be when you got nothing.

    The fact is that any report filed is investigated & action only taken if a person has violated the ToU/CoC.

    Like I said earlier,anyone abusing the report feature will get suspended themselves.

    people can be reported for no reason this is true but as long as you did NOTHING wrong nothing will happen to you in fact those who file the reports usually get into trouble for doing so.

    False reports don't end up with anyone being suspended.If fact the people making the false report are likely to be suspended for abusing the report function.

    Asking people to add you is not allowed as it's considered spamming.

    There's nothing else i can tell you,you should of been given a reason for your suspension & like i said,if you can't file for a case review then there's nothing you can do.

    They don't just suspend people for no legit reason.

    Did you do anything wrong? I would recommend going to the Xbox Enforcement site to see what you did that got you banned.
    I have not done anything wrong, I am being suspended every day doing nothing, every day ask for verification of identity, I verify and in a short time I am temporarily suspended again, I have been in the support of Xbox, in support of microsoft and nothing
