How do I login to Minecraft Education that was purchased with onmicrosoft.com domain

I cannot login to an account to manage Minecraft Education licenses purchased for my kids. I was given an onmicrosoft.com domain. I do not know the email address I used for admin login or any passwords to use. When I use my personal microsoft email it says I need a commercial account.

My kids do not know their passwords. When they do password reset my personal email gets this message. i put 'x' to prevent sharing personal info:

According to your description, you bought the educational version of Minecraft for your child, but it seems that you have encountered a problem with the account type.

Hi Josef,

I have a custom domain that is hosted with Microsoft under a Microsoft 365 Business Standard License.

I checked, and the only domains available for me to create aliases for are the domains I have setup and <account name>.onmicrosoft.com.

I tried creating a onmicrosoft.com address, but I got the same error:

"You can't sign up here with a work or school email address."

I live in the UK and we don't use Minecraft for educational reasons but Minecraft is on the school computers. I do think it's a good idea to use Minecraft for educational reasons since it's a fun game.
