How do i log in to my main account

Sorry to hear about what happened on your account! With regards to this issue, do you remember having a different email address aside from your Gmail? Such as Hotmail, Live, Outlook.com, etc?

Your gamertag could be associated on a different account because it will not ask you to create a new gamertag if it is already made. So the next question is how do i transfer it to my main account? Simple mistake of being logged into the wrong account when i installed, your right my son doesn't have a gold account. just my main acount does.

I also can't log in on the microsoft store. I created a different account on my computer with admin privleges and a local login. It was able to log in on both the xbox app and the microsoft store. So how do I fix my main account to allow me to log in on
that?

What I don't understand then is why I can't be sent another code. You guys can delete my other account to keep your numbers correct I just want it on my main account not the guest account. That is beyond stupid that the kinect did that. How is it my fault
that my main account was logged in with me identified yet I put the code to the kinect and it logs into my guest account. Please explain how that's my fault?

How do you stop stupid second account from automatically signing on while I am playing with main account. Very stupid that an account can log in with me logging in with it. You guys need to fix this.
