    How do i lengthen the time for my repair order


    I set up a repair order for my xbox on the 2nd of April and admittedly didn't send it off till the 15th of April. According to ups the package delivered on the 19th last Wednesday. The repair order page on xbox still shows that they have yet to receive my xbox. What can i do if the order expires and they still don't have my xbox at the repair facility. Also has anyone else experienced this it feels like they have basically lost my xbox after i sent it to them to be repaired any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
