How do I know my saves are uploaded from my 360

Based on this support article [Store your Xbox 360 saved games in the cloud | Xbox Support], you will need to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription, console connected to the internet and 514 megabytes (MB) of storage space on your console (local cache).

1. (Console) Turn on Cloud Saved Games

2. Save or move a saved game to the cloud

• New game - When you start a game you will be prompted where to save your game progress, you will need to select Cloud Saved Games.
  
• Existing game saves - Go to Console Settings > System > Storage > go to the previous storage of game saved data and select a game > Move > Cloud Saved Games

I went through the 360 menu and went to manage storage and saw that my new vegas saves are "pending upload" how do I upload them to my xbox?

Only issue i am facing at the moment is i tried uploading a save from the 360 to the One and it didn’t upload. I have old saves that i don’t know how to delete. I just want to upload the tutorial world i put work into.

Dan, luckily I have managed to resolve the issue by using your suggestion to turn my offline 'scott' into a secondary online account, which is what I used to upload my character saves to the cross save cloud feature used for transferring characters from
the 360 to one. Only setback was being unable to then download the character save onto just any account; it had to be the same one I uploaded it with, to then receive it through.

Apologies for the lack of over all know how, though. I gather much of the awkwardness with moving saves between gamer tags or profiles is something to do with people wanting to boost their, correct me if I'm wrong, literally useless game points?

You’ll need to ensure you have the latest update for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition by starting the game while connected to Xbox Live. The most recent update contains a feature that allows you to upload one saved
world at a time to a save transfer slot. You can then use the Xbox 360 save download feature on Minecraft: Xbox One Edition to download that world. You’ll need to make sure you download that save to your Xbox One before you can upload a new save using your
Xbox 360. You can do this as often as you like, but you can only transfer one saved world at a time.
