How do I know my game is the Series X version

I have games the I know have Series X optimization done but the are older games. I have moved them to the internal drive on the Series X and the Storage expansion card, not an usb external hard drive. But I see two horizontal arrows on some and not on others. How to I know they are all the series x version? MCC has the arrows but COD doesn’t.

Because on my Xbox series x, it only shows 'Optimized for series x/s' but if a xbox series x version of a game is NOT 'optimized' how would i know if I'm playing a series x/s version of a game?

Where is shows "sort by size" in your picture, switch that to "group by console type". The series s/x titles will be in their own grouping.

Another way to check is by looking at your games library. Any that are optimized for the new consoles should have a small "X|S" stamp on the lower-left corner of the game icon.

Yes, but does a game released on series x/s 'HAVE' to be 'optimized' if not how else would I know its the series x/s version I'm playing?

Ok I have both versions of GTA downloaded on my series x the Xbox one version works fine on the series x I then downloaded the series s/x version on the series x I then launched the game and it gives the error message
