How do I know if my reports are helpful?

Ignore the "Xbox couldn't take action" message.It's being sent out in error.

Just report every message & leave a brief description of what the person is doing in the comment box when you report one of the messages.

You might want to block this person once you've reported them.

You would still report them through their profile or through one of the messages and leave a comment in the comment box giving more details. Ignore the message telling you they can't take action. They'll still look into it and take the appropriate action. There is a glitch that is sending that immediately after reporting someone.

Reputation/report statistics aren't normally viewable until your reputation is in "Needs Work" or "Avoid Me" status.

If your reputation is green then there I would say there is nothing to be worried about. If you want more information all you can do is click on reputation and receive a summary of the reputation feedback you have received

Just come out of game seen a UK guy with a German flag and a swastika emblem (even i know thats meant to be offensive) , how do i report ? I know how how to report players to microsoft via view gamercard but how do i report offensive emblems?
