    How do I know if I disconnect because my connection is the problem or the game is the problem


    I get disconnected from the servers of a game sometimes and have to reboot the Xbox. And when I look for another match after I've lost connection I find another match and have no problems, so is it the game servers fault or is there something wrong with
    my connection? And how can I tell who's fault it is in case this happens again in the future?

    Disconnecting during random multiplayer games, please help.

    Ever since the last update came onto my xbox elite 120gb, my connection on multiplayer games such as the online for Mass Effect 3, Battlefield 3 and others has been aggravating due to random disconnects whilst being in xbox live parties. I won't disconnect
    if I’m not in a party on a multiplayer game so I don't know what the problem is, also I think it may have something to do with my wireless headset because when the xbox live connection disconnects so does my wireless headset briefly for like 1 second, I can
    player single player games such as Fallout and be in a party with my headset and I won't disconnect so I don't know what the problem is and basically I’m paying for xbox live so I can play online yet that function has not been working properly since the last
    update. My internet connection is top grade and works perfectly for the laptops and computer’s around the house and it never disconnects them so I don't know what the problem is, any help will be much appreciated. I'm also using the black wireless adapter
    and BT Infinity with the latest BT Home Hub and Router.

    Xbox live connection issues

    Im having a problem where I’ll be playing online then suddenly I disconnect from xbl for about ten seconds the my xbox reconnects for about 5 min the disconnects again for 10 seconds. Does anyone know how to fix this? I already reset my internet countless
    times, and when I test the connection it sometimes says “Sorry there’s a problem on our side.” And other times it’ll say nothing is wrong with your connection amd then disconnects again. If you can help please do and many thanks.

    Cant find games in COD.

    I'm having the same problem but when I do connect to a game I get disconnected either during or after the match is over and stuck but finding a game. My NAT is set to moderate in COD:MW but I don't know how to change it and I connect perfectly fine in my
    other games such as GTA IV and Midnight Club LA.

    Guys I have found a reason and or solution to this problem; this is happening only because of the update and digital downloads, to ensure this and to make the game work just disconnect your internet connection and then install from disk, after it is complete
    make sure your internet is still disconnected and try the game. This works my friends and its because of xbox one not being able to handle certain types of internet connections. This needs to be fxed soon, so let me know how it goes. :)

    I'll try to connect this account to the microsoft store and disconnect to see if it goes away. Why do I think I had this problem because I reset my pc with the account connected, but soon after I turned on the pc I disconnected but it remained connected to the xbox website.

    i am sorry to hear that your having problems with you wifi connection

    if your disconnecting from xboxlive using wifi

    then it maybe not be secured which means hat other people may use your conection

    if your using the wireless apdapter

    they is problems with that many of my friends had problems with the apdater because it disconnects you because of the coverage to xboxlive between your router to apdater which is connected to the xbox.

    the best thing to do is using wired to connect to xboxlive which decreases the chance of disconnecting from xboxlive compared to the wireless
